My name's Matt and this is my documented journey to awesome outstanding buffness - or just getting in shape in general. I started P90X in September of 2010, completed that program twice, followed by one round of Insanity and then The Asylum (sequel to Insanity). After this I am starting GSP's Rushfit and a barbell program called Starting Strength. I'm losing weight, adding muscle and every day I'm a little bit closer to my goal.
